In honor of National Family Caregivers Month, Meadowlark’s Cancer, Memory, and Parkinson’s Programs invite care partners to a special drop-in event designed just for you. This calming, come-and-go experience features 12 unique stations focused on support, renewal, and self-care.

Enjoy a healthy snack, relax with a chair massage, gather helpful resources, explore communication tips, and discover moments of self-compassion — all at your own pace.

Dr. Ryan Gengler, DC — Special Guest Station

I will be available beginning at 4:15 p.m. with:

• Short, gentle treatments for anyone interested

• Muscle testing demonstrations

• Applied kinesiology and functional medicine Q&A

• Chiropractic education including simple ways to support your body when caregiving feels nonstop
